Dynamite doesn't always have as quick a turnaround from last issue of an arc to the tpb collection as Marvel and DC might, and I'm assuming sales/demand also factor in. (There isn't even a guarantee I'm aware of that Dynamite will offer tpb collections for every series they publish.)
