Could Rogue Have Made A Better Captain Marvel Than Carol Danvers?

I need an "Other" option.

I think Rogue should be Rogue and Carol should be Ms. Marvel. I think someone else should be Captain Marvel.

I think the Captain Marvel title would have been a lot more exciting to me if they gave the name to an All New, All Different character.

On a side note...I think Monica has outgrown the Captain Marvel name.

I agree with this except Carol should go back to calling herself Warbird. This was my favorite name for Carol. I always thought the name "Ms.Marvel" was dated.Besides Carol already gave "Ms.Marvel" to someone else.

I don't know why but the name Warbird always seemed like a old person's name to me...lol

Now if I had the power to rename Carol...I always felt like Glory or Valor would suit her well.

This is a bad idea.

Do not make the same mistake that others when trying to replace established heroes rarely works. And I very much doubt that Rogue would feel comfortable doing that after everything that happened to her and Carol in the past.

Another burden Rogue doesn't need is the mental stress of trying to live up to the standard of the original, especially when she never knew the guy. It's bad enough Carol has to do that. Now, if there was a Capt Marvel Corps, I could see Rogue as a possible member.
