questions abput the retconn corporation

i've read several issues of doom patrol and the milk wars and i still have questions about the "retconn corporation"

1. do they create all the stories for dc

2. who is the god of super heroes

3. how does this fit into the cosmology of the dcu

can someone explain everything to me?

1. As far as we can tell, while they manipulate and sell realities, they didn't create the multiverse.
2. Ahl has only shown up in here so far, bar a minor mention in Steve Orlando's JLA. That book is ending, but the final upcoming 3-issue arc in #27-29 apparently spins out of this and will elaborate on him further.
3. At present hard to say, but that arc of JLA and the next couple issues of Doom Patrol whenever they come out - which were supposed to lead into this before they were delayed - may provide some answers. Additionally, while I've been reading and loving Doom Patrol the delays have been so extensive I have a hard time remembering all the plot, so maybe stuff has already been dropped about them that I'm just not remembering.

How do you know the final arc of jla will talk about the god of superheroes?
