Rhodey was investigating how Dare got released from prison so soon after her conviction of attempted murder when she shot Tony. However the apartment is empty, as if no one ever lived there. With no answers to be found there, he returns to Rhodey's apartment, to see if there was anything he missed. But there are still no answers to be found. Then he see's it, a business card on the floor behind a book case: Brightstar Health Systems, Bolivia, South America. It's not much but it's a start. He's heading to Bolivia to find Rhodey's killer and bring him to justice! Elsewhere, two figures sit in a darkened room. James Rhodes death occurred sooner than anticipated but not unexpected. This means that their timetable must speed up. It won't be long before Tony begins to figure out who is behind trying to ruin his life. A shadowed figure turns to Kathy Dare and tells her that she needs to stay patient for a little while longer. She'll have the chance to finish the job she started years ago: The death of Tony Stark!

Perhaps more concerning is the Ghost Rider (of the Dan Ketch variety) burning through the five boroughs each night in search of the demonseed in order to destroy it/him before it/he can truly hatch/mature, in hopes of preventing impending Armageddon.
