I am looking for my first comic book that I got as a child, Google could not help me so I hope someone can help on this forum.

what I can remember:
Hulk vs spider-man / Hulk infected by symbiote-parasite / shield involved / Hulk was on a helicarrier but escapes

Ah yes, it's a story where Hulk is infected with some parasite that controls him, and Spidey has a cold, Spidey defeats Hulk by passing the cold to the parasite. Unfortunately, I don't remember where it's from...

Another thing I remembered is that it was on the times green hulk could speak normaly, maybe Bruce was controlling him, but I'm not sure of that.

I Know your frustration. it took me years to find the first comics I read.

This sounds so much like the story in ASM 381/382 But the details are a little different so I am guessing that isn't the story.

381: The Hulk has arrived in New York and meets up with Doc Samson who tells him about a Gamma virus experiment. hulk shrugs him off. Later Spiderman and Samson both attend the demonstration where the virus attacks Samson which makes him more powerful and makes him very angry. Now its up to Spiderman and Hulk to calm him down

382: Rampage of the Goliath Green Hulk! Spider-Man joins forces with Doc Samson to stop Hulk’s attack in New York. Mary Jane’s acting career hits the skids, while Aunt May vows to uncover the truth behind Peter’s parents!

it is indeed frustrating, the story you describe is largely the same but it went between shield, spiderman and hulk, no other characters.

I know exactly how happy you are. I had a Weird Tales comic from when I was very young (#38 1975) I always wanted to revisit but it was long gone and I didn't even know the publisher let alone the title. There was nothing to go on except the plot of one of the stories. I found it last year over 40 years later. I must have been 7 or 8. It left an impression.
