    No, no, no.

By version, I mean TOS, the Animated series, Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, Enterprise, etc....

Sorry, I didn't explain it very well in the OP.

DS9 and some cheating by listing multi-Episode stories as one and in no order.

    1: Duet

2: The Homecoming, The Circle, & The Siege.

    3: Defiant (Tom Riker Episode).

4: The Way of the Warrior (Worf Joining Episode).

5: Home Front & Paradise Loss.

6: Things Past (Great Odo Episode).

7: Favor the Bold & Sacrifices of Angels.

    8: In the Pale Moonlight.

    9: The Seige of AR-558.

    10: Past Tense 1 & 2.

Favorite Nostalgia Episodes: Trials and Tribbleations & Blood Oath.

Favorite O'Brien Suffering Episodes: Whispers & Hard Time.

Honorable Mentions: Far Beyond the Stars (Universally recognized as the Great Episode it is) & Progress (A great little season 1 episode).

Trials and Tribbleations was indeed a fun bit of nostalgia, and Into the Pale Moonlight is probably my favorite episode of DS9, which is, so far, my favorite Trek show.

Favorite Next Gen; Darmok, Tin Man or The Inner Light.
Favorite Original series; Amok Time, maybe City on the Edge of Forever after that.
Haven't seen enough Strange New World to have a favorite yet, and don't really have a favorite for Voyager or Discovery. (And still pondering Enterprise, which I liked more than most.)

I liked Enterprise as well. Never really understood all the hate for that series.

DS9 Maquis 1 and 2 almost went into my top ten also.

ENT was Fantastic honestly Seasons 1 and 2 are good, Season 3 is great, and outside of the finale Season 4 is damn near perfection.

Great VOY Episodes I'll give one per season: State of Flux (Where Seska is learned to be Cardassian from Season 1), Death Wish and Meld (Tie 2 great entries into Season 2 with one about a Q wanting to die and another where a 24th century crew having to deal with a sociopath), Unity (Interesting take on former Borg in Season 3), Year of Hell 1 and 2 (Cool time travel story from Season 4 and basically destruction porn), Equinox 1 and 2 (Season 5 finale is VOY best IMO), Child's Play (Season 6 interesting take on the extremes some will go for protection even sacrificing their own child), & Lineage (Season 7 look into one's cultural and self-hatred.).

IMO SNW is on the way of entering this club and TNG is the toughest to rank IMO while DS9 is my favorite story wise TNG is consistently the best Seasons 1 and 2 get too much hate and are good with some classic episodes some better than the ones I've listed for other Trek Shows like The Battle, Conspiracy and Measure of a Man. But Seasons 3 thru 7 are damn near perfection with few clunkers there's a reason this show is so beloved.

DS9 now, Voyager later. TNG, while good, blur together so I'd have to read synopses of each season's episode to jog my memory (same with TOS actually come to think of it). I didn't get on board fulltime with Enterprise until season 3 so I'd have to watch season 1 and 2, and I haven't watched any of NuTrek (post Enterprise) save Picard. SNW looks promising though.

    Alright.

I tended to like Sisko-spotlight eps primarily, and eps that focused on the whole cast secondary. In no particular order:

    1. The Adversary - Sisko is promoted to captain + "And Then There Were None"-type mystery
    2. The Ship - 100th episode, Sisko essentially plays chess with a female Vorta over control of a downed Jem'Hadar warship
    3. Sacrifice of Angels - Sisko and company retake DS9. Everything that happens AFTER he retakes DS9 in this ep is pure gold. "I forgive you, too."
    4. Children of Time - The crew, returning from a recon mission, finds a planet populated by their own descendants 200 years prior.
    5. Civil Defense - A hidden defense program from the Cardassian occupation, created in the event the workers ever rebelled, put the crew on a clock to disable it or the station will self-destruct.
    6. The Visitor - An accident in the engine room "kills" Sisko but he appears briefly and randomly to Jake at various times throughout his life.
    7. The Sound of Her Voice - A quiet bottle episode with a twist finale (well it was a twist to me at the time). The crew race to save a Starfleet captain stranded on a planet where she is slowly dying of carbon dioxide poisoning. To keep her conscious, since the trip to her will take several days, the crew each take turns talking to her through an audio-only communication link.
    8. Shattered Mirror - Mirror Universe Jennifer Sisko kidnaps Jake and Ben has to go and retrieve him.
    9. Looking for par'Mach in All the Wrong Places - Ferengi-centric episodes tap dance on my nerves (and yes I know I'm in the minority on that), but I liked this ep, which is a sequel of sorts to "House of Quark". Grilka, Quark's Klingon ex-wife from that episode, visits the station, and its basically Quark vs Worf for her affections.
    10. Tacking into the Wind - A very busy episode but it works, one of my favorites from season 7. Gowron is acting reckless and needs to be stopped, Kira and Garak work with Dukat to help him with the Cardassian rebellion, and Bashir and O'Brien delve deeper into the mysterious Section 31.

    Honorable Mention:

    • Field of Fire - Ezri works with one of her previous hosts, the murderous Joran, to solve a station murder.
    • Facets - Jadzia meets her previous hosts by having them, via Trill ceremony, possess members of the cast (Sisko gets Joran).
    • Equilibrium - We first meet Joran, in a way. His status as a host was suppressed so Jadzia wouldn't remember him, but that memory block began to break down and she started hallucinating him. Without Equilibrium of *all* previous hosts, including Joran, the current host body will die.
    • The Abandoned - Jake begins dating a Dabo Girl and Ben invites them over for dinner. Also an infant Jem H'dar is found on a salvaged ship bought by Quark and we get a better understanding of their nature.
    • Explorers - Ben and Jake build a solar vessel together.
    • Things Past - A spatial anomaly sends Sisko, Dax, Garak, and Odo (now a solid) into Odo's past.
    • Strange Bedfellows - Also a busy episode, mostly characters coming to the realization they have to make difficult decisions. Loved the Pagh-Wraith vision Kai Winn had, a stark contrast to the visions people receive from the Prophets.
    • The Emperor's New Cloak - Mirror Universe Worf and he's evil, what's not to love?

It is the usual star trek best episodes list but I chose to pick three of my best favourite series plus one current one (just to be democratic with my list )

    1. Measure of Man TNG
    2. In the Pale Moonlight DS9
    3. The Siege of AR-558 DS9
    4. Yesterday's Enterprise TNG
    5. The Best Of Both Worlds TNG
    6. Spock Amok SNW
    7. Endgame Voyager
    8. Future’s End Parts I & II Voyager
    9. Duet DS9
    10. Drumhead TNG

Voyager's Pathfinder is also another favourite but the above are the ones that I re-watch a lot or that would put me in the mood to starting re-watching the seasons all over again.
