    IIRC, Bronze Tiger has a legit win and a legit draw against Batman, which places him really high up in the street level HTH rankings. Moon Knight has had a more inconsistent presentation over the years, sometimes including superhuman strength at night and/or mental illness 24/7. I'm a cautious gambler, so I would put my money on Bronze Tiger, but sometimes Moon Knight is going to win easily.
