Default Peter Parker as a teacher

I have a question, Peter Parker as a teacher made the following statement, "Science is observe, analyze, and replicate." That's how I remember the quote. I wrote it down back in 2006. I don't know exactly when I read it. It was most likely that year or the one before. I have just checked several issues Amazing Spider-man Volume 2, issues 31-55. I've bounced around Marvel.com's Unlimited Universe subscription comics and have been unable to find it, but I'm convinced I read it around then. I'm a teacher and I'd like to use the quote and effectively cite the source. Thank you so much for your help in advance.

I would check Friendly Neighborhood Spider-man by Peter David for that quote. I think that covered his teaching time more.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.
