Default Where do we put the Scarlet Samurai? (Old Man Logan SPOILERS READ AT OWN RISK)

So in Old Man Logan SPOILERS:Gorgon and The Hand revives Mariko Yashida as the Scarlet Samurai and after she broke free of their conditioning fought Gorgon in two rather quick fights and handily dropped him. Do we count these as solid feats for Mariko or is Gorgon being chumped?

...is there any reason that Mariko should be able to take him on? What IS she, these days?

    Hey, Frogs. ^_^

thats the weird thing, they didn’t elaborate other than she got The Hand resurrection benefits. Gorgon says he beogujtnehr back but that’s it and she uh, drops him twice prettt cleanly in ways others haven’t. Shang has to use a whole special barnofnsueor move combs and still got rocked while Mariko it was kinda just quick

Okay, that's kind of odd. Clearly the Hand benefits have improved.

    ...or PIS.

Got me. If it's all we have on Ressurected-Mariko, then...maybe?

yea idk if they’ve improved or Gorgon being revived after getting smashed by Hercules in secret empire affected him somehow. I feel like it’d probably be PIS. It seems very random though but then again that is PIS

I suspect Gorgon has simply been downgraded because the writers are done with him. He was a one-shot villain, and like Doomsday he is now little more than a mook used to prop up whoever the writer is now interested in.
