My wife and I saw Barry Manilow in concert in 1978.
It's probably a toss up between Barry and Frankie Avalon as the most uncool concert we've been to.
Orpheus, Janis Joplin (last concert before her death), Eric Clapton, and Journey, are some others seen live so I guess my taste in music is fairly eclectic.

Considering the actual "Breakfast At Tiffany's" movie, I'm glad I saw it as a middle aged adult. I don't think I would have appreciated it as a younger person.
So, what's interesting is that there were a few "new wave"/pop acts that had hits that also were popular as novelty tunes (i.e. "Johnny Are You Queer" sung buy Josie Cotton but written by the Go-Gos). I have to admit that the first time I heard this song by The Waitresses was on the Dr Demento Show. Not long after, they did the theme song to the TV Show Square Pegs
