Doctor Doom takes the first place.Not surprising.
Would had never guessed that Magneto would pass Thanos,but makes sense because Magneto apeared in way more stories that Thanos.

I'm never sure which version of Magneto Marvel editorial is going with these days. It seems to me he's mostly limited to appearances with where he is either for or against the X-Men. In the peak X-Men years, that boosted him up the ladder in villainy polling even when he was working with the X-Men. There's no reason why he shouldn't appear in an Avengers, Defenders, Fantastic Four (when they return) title. IMO he's lacks the sheer variety of opponents that Doom has had over the years, some of which I would rather not have seen like Squirrel Girl.
