There shouldn't be real ages in comics tbh. Just have it work like the Sims life stages and be done.
Child > idiot > naïve > bitter > hag > shrew > harpy > Emma.
I subscribe to the Franklin Richards Master of the Universe theory that he is artificially de-aging everyone in order to avoid growing up and becoming all powerful. Otherwise there is no way to reconcile all the established inconsistencies in regards to various characters ages.
That would certainly explain the uneven aging. Power Pack, anyone? :/
I wonder if future Molly still talks in baby talk, like her 14 year old self.
I'd be surprised is that Ox of a Hayes has strung a sentence together yet.

"The means are as important as the end - we have to do this right or not at all.
Anything less negates every belief we've ever had, every sacrifice we've ever made."
"Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely."
"No justice, no peace."
It never really feels like they're being written at the age Marvel claims them to be personality wise. I'd say at least late 30s to early 40s for the both of them. Already settled into middle adulthood.
