Scarlet Spider#15-17 Will Tie In To "Damnation" Event

I posted this in the "OMD/Issue 800" thread, but figured it was notable for it's own thread as it clues you in to how Ben's book shapes up in the early part of 2018.

According to an Amaozn trade listing, the Danny Cates/Nick Spencer project, "Damnation", which features Doctor Strange, Iron Fist, Ghost Rider and other mystical heroes trying to free Las Vegas from the grip of Mephisto, will tie into three issues of Scarlet Spider (as Vegas is home currently to Ben)

I guess given the fact that Ben is living in Vegas and is "courting death," it makes sense he would tie-in to the story.

Well, I won't be buying the other tie-ins to this. Probably will get the Scarlet Spider issues but only because I'm buying the series anyway, then again I might drop it just for this story arc...See what happens LOL.

They've been letting quite a few books go well past what was seen as cancellation levels 1-2 years ago here lately.

I'm looking forward to this, too, and considering Mephisto's involvement, it would be a near-perfect opportunity to tie in some threads from Spider-Man's entanglements with him; not only the infamous(ly dreadful) One More Day, but also Joe Kelly's recent Spider-Man/Deadpool saga where the driving thrust of the plot was Mephisto trying to get Spidey to damn himself, if not for Deadpool's intervention.

They aren't events they are "crossovers"
