This is exciting! I hope we eventually get Neil to write an annual for The Dreaming or one of the other books.

I'm soooo hyped for this. I loved the Sandman series. Mike Carey's Lucifer will remain my favourite vertigo series. I'm getting them all, can't wait. August seems so far away.

    Hell yeah!

My wife just did a little dance; Gaiman's Sandman is what I used to get her into comics. We are very, very excited for all of this.

My gods.....two imprints for kids, a mature readers line on the way, new Sandman material, Dark Matter/New Age of Heroes, Young Animal, WildStorm........DC, where are these good ideas and business practices coming from? You keep it up!

Yeah, this stuff makes up for the fumble that is/was Hickman & the LoSH.

Was there truth to those rumors of Hickman coming to DC? Did the deal fall out?

I really like where DC is going with all their new imprints. It's a shame they can never seem to fix their DCU line for good.
I'm really excited about The Dreaming. Spurrier is one of my favorite writers.

And don't forget the Bendis line.

    I'm sure he's being tight-lipped.

Here's Gaiman's promo video announcing the line-I saw it earlier today embedded in the EW article and now it's up on youtube...

    House of Whispers?

It’s caretaker had better be called Seth.

    Why? It’s obvious . . .

    House of Mystery - Cain

    House of Secrets - Abel

This announcement will likely rock my sister's world. I'm long overdue for ever reading any Sandman stuff. I mean I know scant little about it. What little I know is when the stuff shows up in DC stuff that I read - Morrison's JLA ... Justice League Dark ... that time Lex Luthor met Death.

Good on Bilquis Evely because she's sooooooo good and I had a short list of things I wanted to see her work on but this is like a bit one for her to get so I'm like "eh, I can wait to see her on the books I'd like to see her on."

I'm interested. I hope they keep the lgbtiq characters or better yet give them a higher profile.

It's interesting that Orpheus looks like an evil timothee chamalet now
