    Can't complain
The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-MEN with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love. It only makes sense for Marvel to be supervised by one entity. There shouldn't be two Marvels.

To my knowledge, yes. The UK and parts of Europe I believe were already getting it on the 27th, but now the domestic (and presumably most, if not all, of the Asian markets) are getting it on the 27th as well. There was a staged twitter exchange between RDJ and Marvel Studios that caused the reveal:
    https://twitter.com/MarvelStudios/st...01303682727937
Marvel: On a scale of one to infinity, how excited are you to see #InfinityWar on May 4th?
RDJ: Any chance I could see it earlier?
Marvel: Anything for you, Mr. Stark! How’s April 27th?
    RDJ: Great. With friends?
    Marvel: You mean these friends? @ChrisEvans @ChadwickBoseman @DanaiGurira @MarkRuffalo @DonCheadle @AnthonyMackie
    RDJ: The entire world?
Marvel: That’s a FANTASTIC idea! Done. Avengers: #InfinityWar in theaters everywhere April 27th.

I wonder if they were worried about spoilers.

I have a feeling that's part of it, considering they aren't even revealing the title for next year's Avengers 4 until after Infinity War (I'm guessing it will come at the end of the film). At the same time, I also have to imagine that Disney was thinking about the spacing between Infinity War and Solo in the wake of Black Panther and the warm reception to the Deadpool 2 trailer.

Interesting. RikWriter may be right. Spoilers could be a big factor in why the movie is coming out most places all at once. Marvel Studios has a history of releasing movies in Europe first and then eventually North America. With this move, they could be trying to ensure everyone is in on it all at once.

Either that, or they are aiming for some The Force Awakens/Fate of the Furious opening numbers

Disney must be getting cold feets about the Han Solo movie.

This made my day yesterday. I am so happy it got moved up. I know the movie would have been massively spoiled of they didn't move the date. And, as others have said, this is also good news for DP2.
