While each creator still has a few more issues to wrap things up, I think we've seen enough of their runs to star being able to judge how well they worked out.
Overall, I think they each accomplished what they were trying to do, but neither excited me as much as I wanted to be.
I have never been a big fan of Jurgens, so it was pretty much what I expected. However, I think virtually every single storyarc was padded for the trade. I can't think of even one that needed to as long as they were. The Mr. Oz reveal was interesting, but nothing was done with it whatsoever. Superman Reborn was the only story that really had an impact and that's only because of its massive continuity-bending implications. However, like I said, Jurgens is not really my cup of tea, so I will leave this to people who are genuine fans of his style.
Tomasi is a creator whose writing I've enjoyed for years. That said, I think he had more misses than hits here. The early stuff with Lois & Jon in Hamilton was great, but once editorial mandated they return to Metropolis, I can't say I enjoyed much of anything aside from that absolutely amazing one-off with the cancer kids. That is an all-time great Superman comic.
