I actually want adult Cyclops to return after 5 years but if him returning would mean teenclops and the rest of the 05 going back to their own time, please make Cyclops return this year.

The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-MEN with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love. It only makes sense for Marvel to be supervised by one entity. There shouldn't be two Marvels.

He should comeback in 2018. Mostly because his death was one of the dumbest things to happen in an X book in a long time( and that is saying something) With Logan, Jean and Prof X all back now there is no reason Scott should be gone. While Logan is my favorite character, X-men books don't feel like X-men books without Scott. Scott got absolutely screwed by recent creative teams and needs to comeback asap. If Marvel would just turn the whole X-line of books over to Brisson, Cates and Liu the world would be a better place.

Given how Black Widow died and came back to life within the span of a year, I think it would be asinine for Marvel to make excuses that Cyclops needs to stay dead as long as Jean did. I would love it if he came back at some point this year, but I have a feeling that's not going to happen. If he does come back, it probably won't be until 2019. I think we'll see more of O5 Cyclops continuing his story before they bring the adult version back. I also think that the O5 are going back soon and that may very well set up adult Cyclops' return. We'll just have to wait and see.
