Aaliyah was special. I must say though that that was a great Timaland record when he was in the groove. Unfortunately her sample size is only 2 CD's.

I've always liked Monica over Brandy. Her music production won't ever wow you but she's steady. She'll be singing when she's 60 and Brandy will likely be asking her brother for a loan.

Hmm, I've heard quite a few people say that if Aaliyah were still alive, Beyoncé wouldn't be where she is... So I'd definitely think she would have the impact thing down. I do remember her going into acting a bit more prior to her death.

I doubt it too. destiny child had already outsold and gained more fame than aaliyah. beyonce was the driving force of that.
