Feels like a lot of the best WW stories are also really long.
What are the best short WW stories? Could range from a one shot to at most a 4 issue story. Does not count if the story exceeds 4 issues.

Well Historia's only three issues so...
But more in the spirit of the question;
"Who Killed Myndi Mayer" (WW Vol. 2 #20)
"She's a Wonder" (WW Vol. 2 #170)
"The Mission" (WW Vol. 2 #195)
"The Fifty-Second Visit" (WW Vol. 5 #51)
"Memories" (WW: B&G #4)
Memories of Hator from WW: Black & Gold #5 immediately springs to mind.
All of these for sure (I assume "Memories" refers to Memories of Hator by Trung Le Nguyen from #5, which Nyssane also mentioned?). Another obvious one-shot is Chalk Drawings from Perez's run and I'd also count Hiketeia given how short it is.
Some really good shorter story arcs (<= 4 issues):
The Witch on the Island by Perez
The Witch and the Warrior by Jimenez
Gail Simone's run really shines in its shorter story arcs:
The Circle
The arc with the Khund
The Black Canary and PG team-ups
And some other outstanding short stories/anthology entries that come to mind:
Testament by Perez (vol. 2 annual #1)
Marquee / Legend by Perez and Colleen Doran (vol. 2 annual #2)
Both of Gail Simone and Colleen Doran's Star Blossom stories (75th anniversary special, #750)
Never Change by Greg Rucka and Nicola Scott (#750)
I'm Ageless by John Arcudi and Ryan Sook (Black & Gold #1)
Prayer by Andrew Constant and Nicola Scott (Black & Gold #4)
From the Bronze Age:
The Orana story (#250-251)
The Silver Swan story (#288-290)
The Adjuctator story (#291-293)
Night of Many Wonders (#323)
Busiek's Legend of Wonder Woman
