Can you imagine that we're getting these three exceptionally talented artists on such a prestige book? Phil Jimenez, Gene Ha, and Nicola Scott.
DC has really stepped up its celebration of Wonder Woman. The 75th anniversary pales in comparison.

Glad for the confirmation that Zeus isn't her father. I'm doubtful this book will be very kind to Zeus as a character, which is fine by me.
I guess I'm gonna have to start lurking on Ha and Scott's IGs now lol. At first I was bummed Jimenez wasn't doing the whole series, but these two (especially Scott) are a best case alternative. If we get the full 9 issues I hope the quality can remain good.
I wonder how far into Diana’s story we’ll get if the 9 issues become a reality. Will we see her as a super heroine in Man’s World?
I was 99% certain Jimenez was going to have no hand in a Zeus origin!

“You see…the rest of them are soldiers. But [Wonder Woman] is an artist.”
I only support the made of clay origin.
All of this is shaping up to be what E1 should've been.
I doubt they care about the her origin in side-books, it seems to be the ongoing they care about.
But since Historia is probably going to be a highlight at both Comic Con and DCFandome and will sell more copies than the ongoing, it will reach a wider audience. (So double bonus in my book )

~I just keep swimming through these threads~
I'm saw Gene Ha's post on FB. I'm so glad the Zeus bullshit is gone.
