Tremere is decidedly going to not get the time he needs here for his ritual magic nonsense and given Doom's willpower/resistances to mind juju and the scale they have functioned on, the psychic assaults possible from dominate and auspex aren't really going to help much.

Infernalist Doom's magic is all jacked up and 10th level disciplines top out at global scale effect. Tremere's really big gun otherwise is the true name of humanity ritual as far as what it allowed people to do who made use of it, but he can't just pull that from out his butt, as it were.
