I think the pseudo hellfire club of Havok, Emma and Miss Sinister would be better if the fourth wheel weren't Bastion.
With Sublime or Volga you would have 2 characters in black and 2 characters in white.
Volga is the businessman who repowered Marrow, and is interested in repowering mutants as a weapon (it would make sense for him to be here), and Sublime may want more mutants to resurrect the U-Men and the whole traffic of mutant organs thing (he may want to increase the number of mutants for that).
