Batman's villains accidentally open an alternate dimension and wander into the Marvel universe. Joker leads the group and decides to take over the New York mob scene. Kingpin doesn't like the sound of that and creates his own team to take on Batman's rogues.

Fight takes place in an abandoned warehouse.

Clayface solos, eventually. The limited subset of Spidey villains here excludes everyone who can do anything to him.

Yeah there's just really nothing anyone on team b can do to Clayface of any substance. I suppose if someone can snag Freeze's cold gun away from him.

Also the prep fight is kind of a hilarious mess for that both Mysterio and the Scarecrow can rig stuff to go off at fight start that will basically make everyone there a mix of hallucinating and freaking out. That's less a fight and more "everyone runs around screaming and trying to kill whatever they see out of panic".

That's even better than the fight where Big Barda is just something everyone in fight is hallucinating as being there.

Most of the Bat-villains would just be screaming "Batman", which would further startle the other Bat-villains and make them scream "Batman", causing an endless loop of them just scaring each other and building up paranoia amongst them.

So that is the best outcome, yes.
