I wondered about that one too.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Today is Pi day in the USA, 3/14, noting the number Pi, the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. Today is also the day Professor Stephen Hawking passed away. Science seems to be a fitting topic.

    A needle pulling thread? (sorry)

I can come up with a few rationalizations linking the cover to science. Whether it's the study of simple machines (wheels) or the exhibition of gravitational forces (the Chief falling over), something can be come up with.

I am not one to say any cover not featuring father and son frogmen doesn't qualify.

I refer everyone to rule 7.
