Love Kirby101 that Wrightson illustration and detail is just jaw dropping fantastic, nothing says (mad) scientist better than Dr. Frankenstein in his lab.
Shalla Bal cause the best science is the weirdest.
Abe, Jack Kirby's 2001 is just to much cosmic goodness.
and LOL Rob Allen for a whole other kind of scientific experiment.
Vote goes to The Question, great nod.

MRP for that heady Hedy cover . I'd been thinking of posting it -- I'm very glad someone else did!

kirby101 Love Wrightson... but for me, since the rules state it has to be a comic book and this is not a comic book, I didn't feel comfortable voting for it.

It came down to two finalists for me, The Darknight Detective and Kirby101. Both covers are stunning and you can't go wrong with either one. I'm really torn on this one, but my vote goes to The Darknight Detective for the brilliant Wally Wood cover and subject matter. Kirby, that Wrightson cover was awesome too!

Bryan 'cuz that Windsor-Smith delicate detail goes so well with the science necessary to make Machine Man work.

And an HM to Rob Allen for the interesting use of scientific principles on that cover.
