Your items have shipped with a free upgrade to Fedex shipping. Your tracking number should come from Fedex soon and is available in your account now (although it may not work right away).
We appreciate your feedback. All of our items are in stock unless we have temporarily oversold (meaning that we have reorders with Diamond) or we have an inventory error. Reorders are only supposed to take a couple of days but the warehouse move and Diamond’s computer issue complicated that. We moved InStockTrades 605 miles closer to Diamond to reduce wait times for items that had to be reordered. We’re now only 11 miles away. That should help with customer service which was the whole idea for the move.
We apologize for the problem. If you want to wait until your have the books to remove the Paypal dispute, that is fine (although we might be required to respond before that with a tracking number).
