Siegel & Shuster definitely took inspiration from Moses (but not Jesus), but I really doubt baby Kal-el himself did, what with being a Kryptonian toddler during his Moses phase.

Sorry I misunderstood the OP’s question. I was thinking what historical or fictional character have creators used for inspiration while writing the characters over the years. Because obviously there have been people who wrote Superman as a Christ/messiah figure.
