I liked JL Dark in N52 and the film... I think that I will try to follow this serie..

Apparently pretty much every DC mystical characters is up for grabs in this, and Constantine and Dr. Fate were name-dropped.

I was intrigued by wonder woman’s no justice team, but this one doesn’t do much for me.

With Tynion writing I'm giving it one arc before it all goes to hell.

Also, I would usually say that I'm glad that Constantine is back on the team but I'm constantly reminded of how painfully dumb Tynion wrote him during his Hellblazer run.

With Martinez on board at least it will look pretty though.

Almost everything about this book and the other JL books look amazing. The lineups are interesting and should have unique interactions given how little some of the characters interact with one another anymore. Only problem with this book is the writer. I will never get the push for tynion, just makes no sense at all to me. He has never written anything great, his best stuff has been average at best. He is probably the only writer who would make me want constantine to not be a part of a JL dark team like this because based on his previous work on the character, he has no idea how to use Constantine. Tynion always picks one or two characters that he champions and then the rest of the characters will be there to be punching bags for the characters his likes. I just hope they keep Batman far away from this book because if Tynion ever writes bruce again it will be too soon.


I will say that the zatanna costume looks awesome. I miss the old look but this new one is really good.
