Despite the 2014 reboot, I was wondering if there was any kind of archives of CBR's earliest stuff, going all the way back to the mid-90s? I would love to see how comic book creators and fans both changed and have stayed the same over the years.

And good riddance. For all the great stuff I was sorry to see go, it wasn't worth some of the blisteringly toxic content a few inflicted on the place.

I'm glad that the toxic stuff is gone, but it would be tragic if all posts going all the way back to 1995 were irrevocably lost. Their could be alot of interesting history in them.

Before they wiped it clean, Jonah did give a warning. So I saved the original Doom Appreciation thread and the "Should Chuck Dixon's Naked Lion Wrestling Doom be Retconned" thread.
So some others may have got a chance to save theirs. They came across as PDFs. Of course if there were images uploaded, you only have the link to where the image came from.

There are things I miss. The Pantheon had a wonderful shared fanfiction thread. It was mainly satirical, but it was fun.
