A Harvey Bullock appreciation thread? I'll just leave this idea here. Christopher Walken playing Harvey Bullock.
Walken is also 75! Out to pasture please.
I would kill for a Montaya and Bullock book
Bendis and FF, with flashbacks to when Harvey was a young cop, in the 70s. I know time wise it doesnt work, but whatevs. I want to see FF draw 70s.
So something surprising to me was that Harvey Bullock used to write episodes of The Andy Griffith Show and Gomer Pyle: USMC. Other Harvey Bullock writing credits include
Hogan's Heroes, I Spy, Top Cat, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, and Alice.. He was also in a special operations unit in the Navy during WW2. What a guy, a war hero, a writer and a police detective.
(The DC comic book character was named in tribute to Harvey Bullock)

from 1999:
(One of these days I'm hoping to find a copy of this so I can actually read the issue . . . )
I really love Harvey. I've long wanted a story where James Gordon retires and Harvey Bullock becomes Gotham's Police Commissioner.
