There is nothing to suggest that this could be Donna. She won't be. Still, Newsarama uses a title like "Could This be DONNA TROY?" just to get you to click on their article without anything backing it up. So it is click bait. They did this all the time with Wally and Steph articles.

When did Maxima show up?

She didn't unfortunately .. DC created a female worldkiller ( basically Doomsday with boobs) who appeared in "Supergirl #5 Enter, Maxima!" everyone was all excited and such, then an article was released by the writers saying that her name is actually Reign, and that a character named Maxima was from a previous universe .. i was PISSED.
