Definitely comic related. And likely a new book. But they usually just send out a regular press release to announce something like that - even with big deals like the relaunch of The Avengers so I wonder what could be big enough that they'd give a 24 hr heads up about the announcement. It could be due to the creator involved - either someone coming back to Marvel or someone who's a celebrity outside of comics coming to Marvel - or there's something else notable about the book that would demand extra fanfare.

Isn't that design based on a testcard? I don't think it has anything to do with what they're going to announce.
Maybe a new trade dress to replace the Legacy one? The comics that already dropped it are using plain ones right now, except for X-Men which already had a uniform design before Legacy and has gone back to it.Appreciation Thread Indexes
