Imagine being proud to have negative traits. I can’t relate.
DC: Justice League, The Flash, Justice League Dark, Superman, Action Comics, Green Arrow, Justice League Odyssey, The Terrifics, Teen Titans, Titans, Brimstone, Female Furies, Damage, Heroes In Crisis
Marvel: The Punisher, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Venom, X-23, Cloak and Dagger, Jessica Jones, Sentry
Indies: Unnatural, Jeepers Creepers, Project Superpowers, Black Hammer, Ninja-K
So, did people buy/read the issue with Supergirl and Streaky?
I started regularly reading DC comic books in the early 1970s, so I was more use to this version of Supergirl (though admittedly more from the reprinted 1960s stories of Supergirl) and enjoyed the issue. I'd be especially interested in how people more familiar with only post-CoIE versions of Supergirl felt about this one.
That was a fun 2-parter. Though, I could say that about most of the series, in all honesty.
Although I never read any stories with The MANIAKS(DC 60's swinging Rock Band), I did like their cameo in SCOOBY DOO Team Up #36.
Plus its always FUN seeing Angel & Ape, The Inferior Five, and Stanley & His Monster.
Another fun story worth looking into if you haven't already read it was Showcase #100 from back in 1978.
That story involved all the characters who had previously appeared in that book, even if some were only given a one-panel "person on the street" appearance. Case in point:
And, actually, some of those characters shown on that last page do play an important part in the resolution of that story.
