The New Hellfire Club?

Hello Everyone,

First time poster here...

Since we will be getting a new Hellfire Club in Cullen Bunn's Uncanny Xmen, which has been excellent by the way, i just wanted to ask who would you want to be the members for this HFC? ( i.e Black and White Kings and Queens, Knights, Bishops, Rooks- Inner Circle. etc)

And i guess as a side note who do you think Bunn is putting in the club

Welcome to the forums! Gotta have Shaw, Emma Frost, and Selene if you're gonna have the Inner Circle. Maybe Maddie, too?

I can't think of anyone, Selene is too Evil. It has to be someone with a powerbase and influence as well.

Though a bit left-field, how about Lila Cheney? While Scott and Emma are laying low, they could be negotiating with Lila over her Dyson Sphere being a possible option for evacuating the mutants to.

it's tessa's time. she is the new black queen to emma's white queen.

Ideally Tessa would be Black KING. Scott, Emma, Tessa and a strained alliance with Maddie/Selene.

I don't mind Emma being in the Hellfire club again, as long as it's a morally grey operation working to save mutant kind now.

Then who would you like Emma's Inner Circle bedfellows be? With Shaw, you run into a similar problem, methinks.

I assume that the characters who made a cameo in Uncanny Avengers (Shaw, Madelyn, etc.) are not apart of the current Hellfire Club and that they were ousted by the new Inner Circle.

This is who I'd like to think is the new Inner Circle.

White Queen: Emma
Red King: Cyclops
Red Queen: Rachel
Black Queen: Sage
Black King: Daken (or possibly Bishop)

since namor was embarrassingly executed to boost squadron supreme sales, he is off the table. but he would be perfect for a new lords cardinal.

i also like the idea of cyclops being in the lords cardinal as well...but i don't know. it seem too easy.

this is who i could see as a good beginning lords cardinal:

black king - sebastian shaw
black queen - tessa
white queen - emma frost
white king - brian braddock

and then once this nasty business gets cleared up, the other 3 lords cardinal stage a coup on shaw, kick him out, and appoint cyclops to his place as black king
