So with Johns going exclusive with Mad Ghost, does anybody seriously think we're going to see anybody do anything with the Golden Age Aquaman now? Even Johns never got around to do anything with him.
When the Justice Society of America first met the Justice League of America in Justice League of America #21 (August 1963), it was with Earth-1's Wonder Woman and Earth-2's Golden Age Black Canary:
After CoIE, that was changed to Black Canary II (Dinah Laurel Lance) replacing Wonder Woman:
I wonder how that meeting would work out now since Wonder Woman (Diana) later regained her place as a founding member of the original Justice League of America and may have been with the Justice Society of America?
No to all of them....that’s why I read Justice League!
Too many other great characters that are already underused!
Well, the original post (from back in 2018) wasAnd of those, Wonder Woman (Golden Age version of Diana) was an active member during the Golden Age; the Earth-2 Robin became an active member during the Silver Age; and Golden Age Superman and Batman were honorary members during the Golden Age (though Superman showed up more than Batman during the Silver/Bronze Age).
So unless we're dealing with a JSA from a different Earth, the Golden Age versions of Superman, Batman, and Robin aren't too likely at this point. It looks like Wonder Woman currently was a part of the Justice Society in the past; Geoff Johns has created a separate "Golden Age Aquaman", but who knows what may come of that; and the "Golden Age"-era Green Arrow now turns out to be the same as current Green Arrow.
