In the climax of Netflix's The Punisher's eleventh episode, Frank Castle is attacked in his underground base by waves of soldiers. Thanks to the magical powers of plot, however, all of those soldiers disappear into thin air. Instead, Team Arrow shows up.

I feel like Oliver alone can handle Frank. I realize Castle is way beyond the Vigilante but Oliver still has more than enough impressive feats against armed combatants that he can take Castle.

Yeah, I am pretty sure Ollie has much better feats, so it basically comes down to if Frank's one sided prep can tip the scales.

Diggle, while more competent than the other three, currently has a messed up arm, and I don't really see him beating Frank even if it was healed.

Oliver really should've come alone. He's the only one who can fight Punisher. The others are meat in a blender here.

Frank guns them all down with his assault rifles. Ollie is the only one who could realiabky aim dodge to get to cover, and that's assuming Frank declares his intention to shot and from where. Ollie still probably takes it, but he'll be mourning the loss of his team...

Oliver can effortlessly solo him. He is faster, stronger, tougher, and far more skilled. Idk if Frank would even be able to get one member of his team down before Oliver downs him tbh.

Effortlessly is a stretch. Frank's insane damage soak alone would make him work at least a bit.

Nah. Oliver has superior soak and the strength to casually toss fully grown men around with just one hand. TV Oliver is getting closer and closer to CBPH levels when it comes to strength and speed. He isn't there yet, but he is noticeably above street levellers like TVDD. While his own level of soak is blatantly superhuman, as I have explained in depth before. Add with a level of skill that put both Iron Fist and DD to shame, and he would tear Frank apart in quick succession. It would be a repeat of his fights with Brick if anything.
