MCU Clint wins it with an exploding arrow or two. Not sure about the comic versions.
I'm none too sanguine about Clint winning. Bullseye's stuff will be in the air before Clint looses, and even after Clint looses his arrow, Bullseye is perfectly familiar with what is coming toward him.
So he 'shoots' it down. It's not like Bullseye pegging an explosive arrow out of the air is beyond him.

What is the comic version throwing? In other words, what is considered to be standard equipment for Bullseye? If it's playing cards, Hawkeye has a feat for shooting cards in the air. I don't remember the Avengers issue number, but Hawkeye and the Two-Gun Kid were traveling by train, and Two-Gun tossed cards in the air and Hawkeye pinned them to the ceiling with arrows.
Tossed cards are somewhat different from 'cards thrown so hard they embed themselves in metal car doors and slice through people like razor blades'. The two aren't the same.
Anyway, Bullseye tends to come equipped with shuriken, knives, and other such stuff. He doesn't reach for the nearest pebble, even if he can.
I have no doubt that Hawkeye can intercept thrown objects with his arrows. The question is, can he intercept objects thrown at the speed at which Bullseye throws them...in droves? That's more akin to him intercepting a hail of arrows out of the air (as in, from multiple archers simultaneously).

Bullseye has flat-out killed people at 100 yards...by finger-flicking - not 'throwing' - a toothpick (not the usual assortment of knives and shuriken he normally carries).
With a window between them.
While peering at her through a lens set up to observe her.
Here, and here.
It's comic-book magic skill. Just roll with it.
