    The Darknight Detective That was the cover I was originally going to go with, and then I realized you had posted it.
    I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
    A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

    Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
    Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

    Congratulations Darknight Detective! You're right about the cover not being politically incorrect but I never saw this DC villain before and he looks pretty goofy as literally a giant Egg Head! Even worse his name is like a Chinese restaurant menu item!

    If Egg Fu is not Wondy's most bizarre villain, he's definitely on the short list. The weird thing looking back at that era was that I was never fazed by it. I could watch Vito Scotti doing the stereotypical buck-tooth "Jap" on Gilligan's Island without blinking as a kid, yet I cringe when I see stuff like that today. The vagaries of time...
