I managed to get 100% in the game without finding any secret landmarks. I still want to get those done. After that I'll wait on the DLC.

You got the silver lining and turf war months mixed up. City That Never Sleeps is name of all three of the DLC bundled together.

A very simple one could be Miles having more available ways to do stealth takedowns while being less adept at direct combat like Peter

I definitely think the big things with Miles' gameplay will be his other powers, which they allude to when MJ sees the experiments Osborn is running. I think they'll play up his powers to make up for Miles not having all the tech and proficiency that players get when they play as Peter.

I assume you mean something like a "Complete Edition" with all the DLC, and not some series of updates that change the game a bit like No Man's Sky.

I would imagine they will. Sony did it with Horizon Zero Dawn less than a year after release. (They also brought updated versions of The Last of Us and the first three Uncharted games to PS4)
