Got delivery last week offor my Mom. It came out at the start of this month, though it was originally due out this past May. (And I had pre-ordered it back in January!)
The Crime That Binds by Laurie Cass
<Bookmobile Cat Mystery #10>
Now waiting for delivery of which I bought for myself online on Columbus Day.
Borrowed some more new cozy mysteries from a library recently for my Mom:
Dashing Through the Snowbirds by Donna Andrews
(A Meg Langslow Mystery)
A Dark and Snowy Night by Sally Goldenbaum
(Seaside Knitters Society Mystery)
and
The Plot and the Pendulum by Jenn McKinlay
(A Library Lover's Mystery)
Coming out next week is Going Rogue: Rise and Shine Twenty-Nine by Janet Evanovich in the Stephanie Plum series, which she also reads. Not soon how soon that will be available from the library, but I did already put in a reserve on it.
https://www.barnesandnoble.com/ has a 25% off sale for pre-ordered books (the sale ends tonight), so I pre-ordered three paperback mysteries due out in August for my Mom:
Death of a Clam Digger by Lee Hollis
(A Hayley Powell Food and Cocktails Mystery #16)
Nine Lives and Alibis by Cate Conte
(A Cat Café Mystery #7)
and A Troubling Tail by Laurie Cass
(Bookmobile Cat Series #11)
So I'll probably use one of those for part of her Halloween pumpkin pail and the other two in her Christmas stocking.
(Still have to come up with books for her Easter basket, Mother's Day, and her birthday, all of which are before those books are due to be published.)
I ordered the upcoming C.J. Box thriller Storm Watch using the sale. There's so many books by authors I read that are coming out that I just can't buy them all right now.

Got delivery yesterday ofwhich I pre-ordered from Barnes & Noble back in April.
The Case of the Rolling Bones
(A Perry Mason Mystery) by Erle Stanley Gardner
(originally published in 1939 /
reissue from Penzler Publishers due out November 7th)
Nice.
I helped arrange an in-person author visit to the Mystery Book Club I co-run at the local library for this month. We'll have Maddie Day (aka Edith Maxwell) there for a discussion about MURDER ON CAPE COD, the first book in the Cozy Capers Book Group mystery series plus a Q&A about her books in general as well.
