Safe House by Stuart Woods. The worst of all the Stone Barrington books. idiot plot and characterization. Moronic ending. Skip it, in fact run away if you see it.
The Investigator - John Standford - Letty Daveport in her own book. Worth it. Good story and a worthy successor to Lucas.
