Quite a few of them weren't "Titans" and were beyond "teens" prior to the New52. Jesse Quick, for instance, was a married woman (not a "teen").
And was Blue Devil ever a "teen"?
(I do confess I didn't read the New52 version, who may have been younger than the pre-Flashpoint original version.)
