a series that will follow Bruce Wayne's son as he teams up with the children of various Batman villains following Batman's murder. The series is being developed by Batwoman writers Chad Fiveash, James Stoteraux and Natalie Abrams, though the series is not a Batwoman spinoff nor is it connected to the Warner Bros. Games project also named Gotham Knights.

Bane has a daughter now. Any of Deathstroke's kids would do. The third and fourth Clayface had a child together IIRC. Cassandra is technically the child of a villain.

The official logline for the Gotham Knights series reads as follows: "In the wake of Bruce Wayne's murder, his rebellious adopted son forges an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman's enemies when they are all framed for killing the Caped Crusader. And as the city's most wanted criminals, this renegade band of misfits must fight to clear their names. But in a Gotham with no Dark Knight to protect it, the city descends into the most dangerous it's ever been. However, hope comes from the most unexpected places as this team of mismatched fugitives will become its next generation of saviors."

Given that WB is reluctant to have multiple versions of characters going at the same time (hell, they wouldn't let Arrow use Ted Kord because they were just TALKING about making a Blue Beetle movie, and they forced Arrow to kill off their version of the Suicide Squad shortly before the movie came out), I wonder if this will be yet another newly created character. Dick and Tim are both on Titans. Jason was on Titans, and maybe he won't be back next season and they can use him. Damien is Bruce's biological son, not adopted. So unless they make it Duke, I don't know who it will be.

At first blush I'm not intrigued.
Feels like a twist on Marvel's Runaways crossed with Gotham.

A murdered Bruce Wayne....how far into the future are we? Will the shot co-exist with the current CW lineup cause there we know Bruce is alive, just MIA. Never mind that still doesn't make sense.

The fact Batwoman has became an utter failure (its down to over a couple hundred thousand viewers a week from a million) and the people behind it has failed SO BADLY....you hand them a plum gig to fail some more. Its like...wow really ? You have gold here. Its like handing a NFL franchise to Urban Meyer that could win a Super Bowl and the belief he can be a good NFL Coach after he's failed thus far in Jacksonville.

Its just silly and nonsense at this stage. As one guy brought up...why not hand this deal to the Superman & Lois team since that show is getting raves and actually doing good ? lol

Moira's not an OC, she's just usually posthumous? Black Lightning's family is canon to the comics.
