First of all, wow! That is an impressive statue. I'm not sure I care too much for her face though, nor the pricetag.

eyebrows are too thin and too high, the fat in her cheeks is too much, her eyes look dead.

Otherwise it's really nice. Love the pose and even the mischievous look on her face, but just too...chunky...and clearly too much like Fergie.
