When in New 52 did Convergence occur? In what issue number of New 52 did Convergence occur? And how is it tied to DC Rebirth? What reverberations in DC did Convergence actualize? What reverberations in DC did DC Rebirth actualize?

Convergence had minimal effect on the New 52 except for a few instances. The only New 52 title it affected was Earth 2, bridging Earth 2 and Earth 2 World's End (World's End ran alongside Earth 2) with Earth 2 Society, and since the New 52 Earth 2 had minimal crossover with the rest of the New 52 (which ended around the time Future's End started) that's barely a ripple.
The main impact Convergence had on New 52 was the introduction of pre-Flashpoint Clark, Lois and their son Jon, which is followed in the Superman: Lois and Clark title. They are the main characters in the Superman Rebirth title.
Another effect is the Zero Hour Hal Jordan, possessed by Parallax from Emerald Twilight, finding himself in the main continuity as well. He's in Green Lantern issues #47-#50, where he fights New 52 Hal Jordan in #50.
Convergence is a continuation of Earth 2 and Superdoom, so after Earth 2 World's End #26 and Superman Doomed #2
After Convergence, Post Crisis Lois, Clark and Jon that were previously part of a different universe were transfered to the New 52 universe and their story continues in Rebirth
The end of Convergence established that all different continuities that's previously different universes are now folded into one universe's history
In Rebirth, those previous continuities that are now considered forgotten history are starting to return. Some in the form of memories, some as returning characters, some as new back stories.
That's another plotline that's been left dangling in the Green Lantern titles that could do with getting resolved. Alongside the reason for the Corps' displacement to Relic's universe for a year.
I have a feeling that both those outstanding threads will never get a resolution.
Or Zero Hour Parallax encountering fear entity Parallax. Would the Zero Hour cosmic reset nullify the Blinovitch Limitation Effect (where someone can't directly interact with their past or future self), or would one Parallax assimilate the other (like Ultimate Galactus) or merge? It would also resolve the fear entity Parallax, put that Parallax somewhere other writers can use it how they want. Zero Hour Parallax sacrificing himself does make sense, giving him a second chance and redemption while closing his story off.
