Amalgamated Characters

Is DC Rebirth Batman an amalgamation of pre-flashpoint and New 52 Batmen like DC Rebirth Superman an amalgamation of pre-flashpoint and New 52 Superman? What other DC Rebirth characters are amalgamations of pre-flashpoint and New 52 characters?

So far, only Superman and Lois are amalgamation, from what I understand. And even that is disputable, since almost nothing remains of the New 52 and the character isn't treated as a new character but the normal Superman for this universe (same with Lois).

Batman and Catwoman have been written as if all their history happened, but unlike Lois and Clark it's treated more like continuity fanservice.
