Drugs I think. He did do a movie with Jacki Chan recently but it was bad in the spirit of this thread lol.

    Original, singular.
The original cast and crew couldn't capture lighting on a film reel twice; Ghostbusters 2 and Ghostbusters 2016 are of roughly the same quality IMO.

Sad cause Steve-o credits Johnny for getting him sober.

This is the first assessment of Answer the Call I agree with. Somebody finally gets it.

I go against the grain in preferring King Kong Lives to King Kong '76. I mean, it's a bad movie, but it's bad in wacky, interesting ways while, at its worst, King Kong '76 is dull.

Jaws 2, Jaws 3-D and Jaws The Revenge. All three, especially the latter were only a step above the godawful schlock SyFy used to show on Saturday nights.

Based on what, exactly? I think you're just assuming.

FYI, he put out a movie in March.

Looked into it can't find anything about drugs. He's been steady working apparently he just isn't getting as high profile flicks as he was at one point. But he's got like 3 or 4 movies this year on his IMDB credits.

I actually liked it. Thought Jessica Lang was hot in it.

To me, Star Trek V was bad, but at least there was an attempt to be cinematic and on a bigger scale. Insurrection couldn't even manage to have decent eye-popping special effects to emphasize that Star Trek movies are, y'know, space movies.
That's exactly why I said it agreed Star Trek V has issues, as does Into Darkness, and most of the TNG movies but outside of Insurrection they all look Cinematic where that didn't it really looked like a bland episode of the TV show just with a bad story especially given Picard's history of relocating colonist in the past and the Ba'Ku were colonist not natives. I could really rant about that particular film

I actually watched the last half of the 2016 film recently.

Removed from that I was trying to cut the film some slack when I saw it in the theater, it really falls apart at the end. The special effects were pretty bad, and that "Dance" section with Hemsworth's character(well ,"Sorta" character) was a complete mess. Let alone that whole "Let's Shoehorn Slimer In..." segment.

While 2 isn't brilliant, it does hold up better than the most recent film.
