Del Toro spent a decade working on other projects, starting and leaving numerous projects and repeatedly failing to get the funding he wanted/needed(?) to make his third movie.

Eventually it was decided to move on, and try an adaptation that actually represented Mignola's Hellboy more properly.

Thanks! yeah , would love to Sinestro again, maybe in a JL sequel. Would love it if they did FOREVER EVIL as a sequel, itd be a great challenge for Cahill & co. , with Black Adam and Sinestro fighting back...

Scary movie (5? 6?) should be a Wayans flick. The Get out family could point out they are NOT racist and introduce the hero to a room full of white people with Black brains trying to escape death and Messy scandals (Whitney, Michael Jackson, R Kelly, Bill cosby etc!)

I don't know who would make a comparable Sinestro now since presumably they wouldn't bring Strong back, as he's now playing Sivana. Maybe Jason Isaacs? He has the look and did a good job portraying the character in Emerald Knights.
