I don't like the idea of her getting a symbiote. I'm also not enthused about her being "She-falcon" with the wings as a standard "power".
I also think it would be a little lazy to set up a scenario where she's injured/sick and has to get a transfusion from Peter-- which inevitably gives her powers. Not feeling that.
