Technically, we don't see Colossus and Nereel (and that other girl I forget about) actually have sex. So, it's possible that Peter didn't have a sexy threeway in the jungle. They just had a very chaste side-hug (to avoid the dangerous front hug where they could possibly touch genitals), and then they all walked their separate ways. Peter is still pure and he can still wear white to the wedding with Kitty!

Having sex doesn't mean you'll get pregnant. Anyway, that was a three-way between two women and Colossus.

All these covert hints that he's Colossus son doesn't provide solid proof.

It can also happen off-panel that Nereel had sex with another man who left her. There's no way to confirm that he's Colossus son aside from doing a true DNA test.
